CTT will collect the image and sound of the physical presence events, which will be broadcast via streaming on the Capital Markets Day digital platform and may be partly broadcast on CTT's internal communication channels.

The personal data collected in the registration form, as well as within the scope of the record of images and audio of the physical presence events, will be processed by CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. ("CTT"), as data controller, and are necessary for the organization (registration), holding, broadcasting and historical archiving of the "Capital Markets Day" events, and will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes. CTT ensures compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR"), as well as other applicable legislation. At any time you may request access to, rectification or erasure, opposition, restriction of processing or portability of your data, by visiting a CTT Post Office or CTT Access Point.
